I had explained to her just what I was looking for in a home and of my financial capabilities. After looking at several properties, we found just what I wanted. She was most helpful in our arriving at a mutual agreement in the purchase price.

Once the house was chosen, she assisted in guiding my efforts in financing the purchase.

I would like to take this opportunity to share the experience that my husband and I had working with Leah our REALTOR, on the sale of our home. Honestly, I do not know if the words I put on this page will do justice to the amount of work (physically, mentally, and spiritually) that Leah put into the sale of our home. In 2009 I was in trouble. I needed to move out of my hotel so I could work at Cannon AFB. I needed a place to stay. I contacted Carolyn on a Sunday. It was my only day off at that time and I just risked that she would answer. That day, after Carolyn heard of my problem, we were looking at houses. I fell in love with a home at 917 Prairieview. If my children weren't all grown it would have been perfect with the large fenced in backyard. I decided to purchase the home. For probably the first time in my life everything went without a hitch. Carolyn arranged everything for me because with working a 12-hour day, I didn't have the time. Because I had to leave my hotel Carolyn made a deal with the owners to allow me to rent the house for one month before the house closed. I'm told I'm being transferred to Ohio and I'm afraid we are going to have to leave our little ranch house. If we do have to sell it you can bet we'll be calling Carolyn to take care of it.
